RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Outlaw K9 Co, we take product hygiene, safety, and quality seriously. Our products are designed to be worn by dogs, and for health and safety reasons we maintain a strict returns policy.

Please read the following carefully before purchasing.

NO RETURNS ON USED OR WORN ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been worn, tried on, or used by a dog.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Collars

  • Leashes

  • Harnesses

  • Any product that has been fitted, adjusted, or removed from its original packaging

Once a product has been worn by a dog, it cannot be resold due to potential health risks.

RETURNS ON UNUSED ITEMS ONLY

We will only accept returns if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and untried

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • All tags, protective wraps, and accessories are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

If any of these conditions are not met, the return will be refused.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Any item that has been worn or used

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Change of mind returns are not required to be accepted.
