SHIPPING POLICY

At Outlaw K9 Co, we aim to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably. Please review the information below before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (business days only)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Exceptions:
Processing times may be longer for:

  • Backordered items

  • High-demand releases

  • Operational delays beyond our control

If there is a delay, we will notify you via email where possible.


SHIPPING METHODS

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Available options include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (available at checkout)

👉 Free shipping, where offered, applies to Australia Post Standard Shipping only.
Express shipping is not included in free shipping promotions.


TRACKING

  • All orders include tracking

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched

  • Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and are provided by Australia Post.
Outlaw K9 Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post or third-party carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses


DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier:

  • Outlaw K9 Co is not responsible for parcels that are:

    • Lost

    • Delayed

    • Damaged in transit

    • Stolen after delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and item

We will assist in lodging a claim with the carrier where applicable, but final responsibility lies with the shipping provider.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Outlaw K9 Co is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer


BACKORDERS

If an item is on backorder:

  • Dispatch times may exceed 24 hours

  • Estimated dispatch times will be communicated where possible

Orders containing backordered items may be held and shipped together unless otherwise stated.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Taxes imposed by their country
